Hendrix was so loyal, half the time thought he was a human…always wanted to be by your side when you were sat on the sofa or next to you when you slept!
Hendrix’s mum was rescued by the RSPCA when she was expecting puppies!
The largest of the litter and needing a loving home was Hendrix! My son and I first met him when he was 4 weeks old and he immediately loved my 6 month old son!
He was very clever and before CGM alarms would sniff, lick or paw me to wake me in the night when i was having a hypo! He saved me from some very low blood sugar times! he would watch me eat sweets and stare at me until I was better.
The saying goes that dogs are humans best friend… the unconditional love, happiness and hope that a dog can bring into your life is endless and they are true hypo hero’s!
