Letter to Santa

Is it early for letters to Santa?!!!

Dear Santa,

I have tried to be very good this year!

I’ve tried not to over eat glucose and consume the whole contents of the fridge when I’ve had a hypo.

I’ve tried not to swear if my blood sugars are high and I can’t find any rhyme or reason for it!

I’ve tried it to shout if my pump tubing gets caught on a door handle but most of all…

I’ve tried to raise awareness about Type 1 Diabetes and I’m even running the @londonmarathon to raise vital funds for @jdrf_uk

So this year Santa what I would really like is a new pancreas…but a working one please!

I will leave you out a glass of sherry and a mince pie.
